In evaluating help desk applications, I was looking for an affordable product with an intuitive user interface, easy navigation, broad functionality, the ability to be quickly deployed without customization or training, and enough market traction to be sure we would be able to receive ongoing upgrades and support. I also was hoping to find a product already being used by other law firms. HelpStar met all of those criteria, including the law firm references and the reasonable price. |
